Booking Request & Cancellation Policy

A booking request is an enquiry, not an instant confirmation. A stay expert will verify availability and share the applicable cancellation and payment conditions before you confirm.

Property-specific cancellation rules may vary and will be captured as a snapshot with each confirmed booking.
